Employees, past and present, thanks to their effort, determination, and devotion,
have helped the business achieve many objectives, and continue working on
CFCO’s ambitions for further progression, always representing the philosophy:

‘A Passion For Excellence’

With staff numbers gradually increasing to complement growth, additional personnel
also help through seasonal peaks such as harvest and establishment, many of whom
return each year providing added continuity. Everyone receives frequent role-specific
expert-led instruction, regular health & safety guidance, and first aid training.

The company belongs to a host of associations and regularly attends a variety of
technical meetings aimed at discovery, knowledge sharing, and keeping abreast of
policy changes including how best to respond. Key personnel also speak about
CFCO’s methodology at industry events and organise visits around the home farm.
